UNB10 Pickleball Paddle: A-Z Amazon Brand Launch
UNB10 came to us with a carbon-fiber pickleball paddle and no brand assets at all: no logo, no product photography, no listing. In 15 days Convira Design built the full brand system, modelled the paddle in 3D, and delivered the listing images, A+ Content and Amazon Storefront it launched with.

The challenge
Pickleball paddles are one of Amazon's most crowded sports categories, and most listings look interchangeable: a dark paddle on white, a list of the same specs. UNB10 needed to look like an established performance brand on day one, without ever shipping us a physical sample.
What we delivered
- Logo and brand identity: the UNB10 wordmark with its signature blue dot, plus typography and colour palette
- Hyper-realistic 3D product model built in Blender from reference, so no samples needed shipping
- Amazon listing images: main image, feature infographics, dimensions, bundle and lifestyle images
- A+ Content: bundle, materials, indoor/outdoor and brand modules
- Amazon Storefront: hero, product tiles and lifestyle sections
The brand system
Typography
Outfit (headlines) and Inter (body). Outfit's rounded geometry mirrors the logo and feels friendly and modern; Inter keeps spec-heavy copy clean and legible at small sizes.
Colour palette
3D product renders
We modelled the product in Blender as a high-fidelity 3D asset, so every angle, colourway and lifestyle scene could be produced without shipping physical samples. That saves weeks and gives the brand consistent, photorealistic visuals across Amazon and its own channels.
How the listing images sell the paddle
Every image was planned around a buyer question. The main image shows the full bundle (two carbon-fiber paddles, four balls and a carrying backpack) so the value is clear from the search results. The next images break down the build: an abrasive carbon-fiber surface for spin and control, a 16mm polymer honeycomb core for stability, and a large sweet spot. A dimensions image answers fit and weight (7.8–8.1 oz, 16.5″ long, 7.5″ wide), and lifestyle shots put the paddle in real players' hands, indoors and outdoors.
A+ Content and Storefront
The A+ Content carries the brand story further: “Enjoy your game” bundle modules, a material breakdown (hyper-foam edge wall, honeycomb core, elongated handle, carbon friction surface), an indoor/outdoor ball module and a “Why choose us” section. The Storefront opens on a lifestyle hero (“Pickleball paddles. Perform your best.”) and uses benefit tiles such as wide body shape, edge guard, comfortable grip, textured surface, durable core, shock absorption and lightweight build to route shoppers to the right product.
Process and timeline
Every Convira brand launch follows the same three phases: Strategy (1 day: goals, ideas and competitor analysis), Discovery (2 days: concept, timeline and mood board) and Solution (14 days: execution, support and final delivery).
| When | What happened |
|---|---|
| Days 1–3 | Brand strategy, competitor research and logo direction |
| Days 4–6 | Finalise logo, typography and colour palette |
| Days 7–12 | Design listing images and A+ Content with high-quality 3D product renders |
| Days 13–15 | Build the Amazon Storefront and finalise all brand assets |
After delivery we stay on for up to 2 months of launch support, making post-launch tweaks so the listing performs from day one.
