NTPRO Travel Adapter: Making a Technical Product Easy to Buy
NTPRO sells universal travel adapters, a category where shoppers compare plug types, wattage and safety ratings before they buy. Convira Design created the NTPRO brand from scratch and designed two complete listing image sets (white and graphite colourways), A+ Content and an Amazon Storefront that turn dense specs into fast, confident decisions.

The challenge
Travel adapters are bought on specs and trust. Buyers want to know, in seconds, whether it works in their destination country, how many devices it charges at once, and whether it is safe for high-power appliances. Most competing listings bury that information in tiny text. NTPRO needed images that answer every one of those questions visually, on a phone screen.
What we delivered
- Logo and brand identity: lightning-mark logo, Oswald/Roboto type system and navy/orange palette
- 3D product models of both colourways built in Blender
- Two Amazon listing image sets: white and graphite variations
- A+ Content: protection, multi-device charging and compatibility modules
- Amazon Storefront with lifestyle and feature sections
The brand system
Typography
Oswald (headlines) and Roboto (body). Oswald's tall, condensed letters give headlines power and a sense of durability; Roboto's clean, mechanical shapes read as trustworthy and technical, which matters for an electrical safety product.
Colour palette
3D product renders
We modelled the product in Blender as a high-fidelity 3D asset, so every angle, colourway and lifestyle scene could be produced without shipping physical samples. That saves weeks and gives the brand consistent, photorealistic visuals across Amazon and its own channels.
How the listing images answer buyer questions
We mapped each image to one objection. “Will it work where I'm going?” A coverage image shows the EU, UK, US/JP and AUS plugs against their regions, with a 150+ country claim. “Can it charge everything?” A charging image shows five devices running at once. “Is it safe?” A protection image calls out the dual built-in 10A fuses, CE, FCC and RoHS marks and overload, temperature and short-circuit protection. A dimensions image and an “easy to use” image show how the slide-lock plugs extend and retract.
Because NTPRO sells two colourways, we designed a second full set for the graphite model, keeping the same story order so both variations convert consistently.
A+ Content and Storefront
The A+ Content leads with “Built-in protection” and “Charge up to 5 devices simultaneously”, then shows the full outlet-type compatibility grid. The Storefront frames the adapter as an adventure-ready power hub, with modules for versatile high-speed charging (up to 2400W/10A), fireproof material, auto power cut-off and device compatibility.
Process and timeline
Every Convira brand launch follows the same three phases: Strategy (1 day: goals, ideas and competitor analysis), Discovery (2 days: concept, timeline and mood board) and Solution (14 days: execution, support and final delivery).
| When | What happened |
|---|---|
| Days 1–3 | Brand strategy, competitor research and logo direction |
| Days 4–6 | Finalise logo, typography and colour palette |
| Days 7–12 | Design listing images and A+ Content with high-quality 3D product renders |
| Days 13–15 | Build the Amazon Storefront and finalise all brand assets |
After delivery we stay on for up to 2 months of launch support, making post-launch tweaks so the listing performs from day one.
